Rolling Stone Films creates enjoyable and informative content featuring a wide range of talented artists and subjects. As a music lover who grew up scouring the pages of every music magazine out there, it was a true pleasure to design and animate the graphic cards and titles for “Rolling Stone Films Presents Sheryl Crow: Live at the Bluebird Café.” Great work by director Josh Swade and my pals Chris Mcglynn (Editor) + Dave Bauer (Color Correction)

Working with the Weholden and Sweet Amber Distilling team on Metallica and the late Dave Pickerell’s Blackened American Whiskey brand update, packaging design and 360˚ campaign was an amazing experience—especially while figuring out how to keep it all rolling when the pandemic hit. From designing specialty packaging, writing brand manifestos, concepting and producing advertising, social media, radio spots, broadcast commercials and other marketing campaigns — it truly was a masterful collaboration. UPRIGHT CITIZENS BRIGADE (UCB) opened their first improv theatre in 1990, sights set on bringing chaos to the world while eschewing conventional norms. It worked. Today, the legendary group of improv performers, artists, comics, fans, students and friends has grown into a community like no other. Collaborating with UCB on their complete brand overhaul and visual identity system was a puzzle that was as fun as it was challenging. DON’T THINK!

The photos and video content were strategically captured with the intention of being used across multimedia promotions and in game broadcasts. Directed NFL talent for video and photography shoot along with production company and still photographer.
